Meet The Founder
Amit Jaitly
Most AI projects do not fail on the technology. They fail because nothing about how people work actually changes.
I spent my early career focusing on the people side of change across many industries and programmes. Now I build the systems as well.
I built my first computer at thirteen. What held my attention afterwards was not the hardware but the people: why a team takes up one tool and quietly abandons another. At Accenture that meant job architecture and change impact for C-suite programmes, defining roles and capabilities and communicating change to the people living through it. AI is where those two halves meet.
I am a solutions architect now: I design the system, then I build it myself. Most people in AI have one half of this job. They can build, or they can get a room of people to change how they work. I do both, and I have spent enough time in training rooms to know that the tool is the easy part. So what I put in front of a team is designed around what they actually do, governed so it can be trusted, and trained by the person who built it.
I run engagements end to end, diagnostic through to delivery, so the person you meet is the person who builds it. If your AI pilot has stalled somewhere between the demo and everyday use, that is the conversation I am most useful in.
The hard part was never the technology. It's the Tuesday afternoon when someone decides whether to open the tool or not.
